Contributor agreement

I hereby grant the pretix project, rami.io Software development, and Raphael Michel a perpetual, irrevocable, unrestricted, transferable license to use, copy, modify, merge, publish, distribute, sublicense, and/or sell copies of my contributed translations, free of charge. I agree that I will also retain all rights on my contributed translations myself but will gain no rights to use or distribute the project or software as a whole from this. I hereby assure that all submitted translations have been created by myself and I own the right to publish them and transfer these rights.

  • Any authenticated user can contribute.
  • The translation uses monolingual files.

In order to receive the best possible experience, we recommend that you configure the following settings in your Square POS app:
- In the Signature and Receipt menu, enable the Skip Receipt Screen option
- In the Taxes menu, disable/remove all taxes, set the taxes to be included in the item prices, or exempt All items


You should also be aware that pretixPOS is limiting the tender options in the Square POS app to Card payments. However, your staff could still open the Square POS app and process transactions through the app directly.

Please make sure your Cryptovision TSE is inserted into your device's microSD or USB slot. If you are using a factory-new TSE, you can choose the PIN and PUK values as you like. Make sure to note them done and never lose them! If your TSE has been used before, you need to enter the PIN and PUK values that have been set previously.
