	The displayed fee does not exactly correspond to the given percentage of the total net sales because (a) this would not take into account the maximum fee per order and (b) the relative fee is rounded to two digits for each order position individually.

	Information might be inaccurate or incomplete for invoices issued before October 31st, 2017 due to a change in our invoice processing. Please get in touch with support@pretix.eu if you require access to older invoices.

	We have not received payment for one or more invoices for our service and we have not heard back from you when we tried to contact you about it. We therefore locked your pretix account according to our terms of service. You will be able to use pretix again once we've fully received payment.
	Since you have previously instructed us to charge the invoices to your credit card, this probably means that the card we have on file no longer works or did not have enough credit when we tried to charge it.
	If you previously instructed us to charge your SEPA bank account, this probably means that your bank rejected the direct debit request. In this case, we have removed the SEPA bank account from your profile in order to avoid costs associated with the rejection of further debit attempts.
